It talks like your office manager
Short, plain, and human. Zoop speaks in names, dates, and dollars — never codes or screens. It reads your customers' contact details back to you without fuss (they're your records). And before anything it can't undo — voiding an invoice, cancelling a job — it names it and asks first.
Send it a photo
Your AI app can see what you see. Snap a photo of a handwritten work order, a part's label, a whiteboard full of measurements, or another company's quote, and ask Zoop to act on it — your assistant reads the details and drafts the quote, logs the note, or pulls up the matching customer.
To keep a photo on the job itself — site photos, before-and-afters — add it to the job in Zoop. The chat connection reads what's in a picture; it doesn't store the picture.

What it can reach is up to you
You're always in control of what a connected app can touch:

When you first connect ChatGPT or Claude, it starts read-only — it can look things up, but not change anything.

To let it book jobs, draft invoices, or add customers, an owner turns those permissions on — once — under Settings → API & MCP. You pick exactly which areas it can reach.

Any owner can see everything that's connected, and cut it off in one tap, under Connected apps.
